Dr. William Dunn is the founder and Owner of Iamdunn Cleaning Solutions, rated as a premier commercial cleaning company in the Washington, DC, Baltimore and Northern Virginia regional areas. Iamdunn Cleaning Solutions has provided janitorial services to over 55 different customers since 2009. Iamdunn Cleaning Solutions provides commercial cleaning and janitorial services for state, local and government facilities. Dr. Dunn has over 30 years of experience in professional leadership and management. Dr. Dunn has been able to translate his love for cleaning and organizational management to retain both external and internal customers.

Prior to managing Iamdunn Cleaning Solutions full-time, Dr. Dunn was responsible for managing, directing and overseeing multi-program community centers with operating budgets over $1,000,000; along with a staff of 50-100 employees and volunteers. Dr. Dunn oversaw the daily operations, program development, facility management, employee training and development, partnership and fundraising efforts.

Dr. Dunn, former collegiate basketball player and U.S. Army veteran holds a bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Longwood University, master's degree in management from University of Maryland Global Campus and a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University.  Dr. Dunn is a graduate of the Veterans Institute for Procurement Start and International programs, sponsored by Montgomery County Chamber Community Foundation and U.S Small Business Administration.  Dr. Dunn is the founder of the nonprofit organization, The Dunn Foundation, receiving the 2024 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for his volunteer service.
